Male fronds upright, strap-like; female fronds shaped like a kangaroo's paw. Fronds variable in size (5-50cm). Very hardy. Grows over rocks or logs in rainforest situations. Salt tolerant in coastal areas. Suits hanging baskets if watered regularly.
